Türchen offers so many possibilities, so you might have a question or two – but don't worry, you'll find the answers here in our FAQs!
If you want to open your edit link and the editor does not load your calendar, it is most likely offline. The public link is also not accessible, but only "Page not found" appears. This could be due to the following reasons: Your 6-month usage right has automatically expired, your demo version has ended without you having purchased your calendar, or your payment is overdue. In any case, you can send us an e-mail with your request and your processing link, and we will be happy to help you!
